Hey guys! My name is Andrew Rodriguez, and I am an agent candidate at Marcus & Millichap.

I am trying to download a blank copy of a simple spreadsheet used in one of your videos. It’s in the “Anatomy of the Real Estate DCF,” and it is the second video in section 2.2 and the title above is named “Video Supplement – Inputs-Modules-Outputs Visualized”. Like I said, it’s just a simple spreadsheet used to list all characteristics of a property, and I just want to have it for the future. Using Excel is new to me, and I am trying to get better every day using A.CRE and the spreadsheets to download.
