ACRE Team, Thanks again for all that you have done in the real estate financial modeling. These courses are amazing for new professionals and I highly recommend this to anyone getting started in the field.
My product type sometimes requires shorter term leases (office) and adding a 3rd generation step to the model would help tremendously for modeling 10 year holds and projecting all the variables for tenant turnover.
Has this been accomplished? Any resources you suggest? Maybe you and the team have a way to scale models in the past to account for shorter leases in the same holding period. Any light on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again guys.
