For this section of the Foles Case Assignment:

“Confirm your boss’ suggested cap rate, by doing a basic comparable sales analysis (i.e. build out something similar to this in Excel)”

Do we have to research similar buildings on Costar/the web and recreate the sales analysis or should we use the one high rise building provided in the original excel doc?
