    There is a red tab for the total under market rent and it said in red letters “Fill this section in to provide input to your excel template. Not part of what was provided in this file. This is something you started working on and need to finish.” I might be reading too much into it. Below are the values I have

    Thanks for your question. Yes, that section is part of the exercise of The Direct Cap Method to Value Real Estate course. Upon taking a careful look I can confirm you were able to complete it with the correct values. Great job!
